This user-friendly perm contains Fision KeraVeg18, a plant-based form of Keratin that helps hair retain its strong structure. The strengthening, vegan Keratin also provides hair with a healthy shine. Much like our other chemical treatments, Curly Perm is infused with soothing Aloe Vera which ensures extra level of care for both the hair and the scalp.
Recommendation: A pre-treatment of REF ProPlex may be required prior to use.
REF perm processing solution may be used on all aspects of hair and condition, such as:
- Thick and resistant
- Normal
- Fine and thin
- 20 to 40 volume previously coloured hair
- Colored with highlights
- Highlighted hair
- Bleached hair
